From 11.00 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. at the schools of Arvier

Confirmation of registration, collection of race package, bib and timing chip

2.00 p.m. opening of Mountain Village

6.00 p.m. briefing at the multipurpose hall of the schools of Arvier 

(compulsory for one athlete per team)

FRIDAY 22ND MARCH 2024 

Departure of the race from La Thuile and arrival in Valgrisenche

6.00 a.m. Bus departing from Arvier to La Thuile  (service provided by the organisation and available ONLY for athletes registered for the race)

From 5.30 a.m.compulsory parking at Camping Arvier

6.00 a.m. Buses will leave from the roundabout in Arvier

7.00 a.m. bus arrival at La Thuile cable cars

7.30 a.m. handover of the bags to the organisers who will transport them to the finish line (you must use the bags you will find in the race packet)

7.30 a.m. bib and avalanche transceiver check

8.00 a.m. Start of the first stage

12.00 a.m. arrival of the first couple

12.30 p.m. flower ceremony

2 p.m. opening of the Mountain Village

For youth categories (U20-U18-U16-U14-U12) from 3.00 p.m. to 5.30 p.m. at the schools of Arvier: confirmation of registration, collection of race package, bib and timing chip.

6 p.m. briefing at the multipurpose hall of the schools of Arvier (compulsory for one athlete per team)

At the end of the race the organisation provides for the athletes shuttles departing from VALGRISENCHE and arriving in ARVIER.

SATURDAY 23RD MARCH 2024

7.30 a.m. bib and avalanche transceiver check

8.30 a.m. presumed start of the race

9.00 a.m. presumed start of the race categories (U20-U18-U16)

11.00 am: arrival of the first couple

11.30 p.m. flower ceremony

11.45 p.m. presumed start of the race categories (U14-U12)

2.00 p.m. opening of the Mountain Village

6.00 p.m. briefing at the multipurpose hall of the schools of Arvier (compulsory for one athlete per team)

SUNDAY 24TH MARCH 2024

7.30 a.m. bib and avalanche transceiver check

8.30 a.m. presumed start of the race

9.00 a.m. presumed start of the race categories (U20-U18-U16)

11.00 a.m. arrival of the first couple

11.30 a.m. flower ceremony

12.30 p.m. official prize-giving ceremony near the finish line in Planaval

From 12.30 p.m. closing lunch at the big stand in Planaval
