1. Declares to know and accept the participation regulation;
2. Declares to be personally responsible for the works he/she presents;
3. Declares to be the author of all the works presented and to be the holder of all the rights of the original pictures;
4. Authorizes the treatment of the sensitive data in compliance with the law on the protection of personal data during the different steps of the contest;
5. Hands over for free the rights for the unlimited use of all the pictures to the Ski Club Corrado Gex, which can use them for marketing purpose. The author of the pictures will remain the holder of all the intellectual property rights and at any use of the picture he/she will get the acknowledgment of the authorship;
6. Authorizes the organization to keep in their archives my personal data for the next editions of the contest and/or for any other communication apart from the contest.
